Affiliate Program Terms and Agreement

It is mandatory that each applicant reads these terms before applying to the Astromagicraven.com affiliate program and that these conditions are adhered to throughout the duration of their membership.

The following are our complete terms and conditions to apply as a member of the Astromagicraven.com affiliate program. Please read this agreement in its entirety.

Please note you MUST have a valid website to join our program.

By filling out the signup form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.

1. Joining the Program
By filling out the signup form you will automatically become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by your referral individuals.

2. Revocation of Affiliate Status
Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

- Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks)
- Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...)
- Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
- Violation of intellectual property rights.

Unsuitable Web sites include sites that:
- Promote violence
- Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- Promote unlawful activities
- Promote the use of bulk e-mail or "Spam"
- Promote the use of multi-level marketing (MLM)
- Contain content that is threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene or harassing

3. Responsibility for Your Site
You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, contents, and maintenance of your site. We take no responsibility for content or functionality of your site.

4. Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newpapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in 2.

5. Affiliate Tracking
When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and try to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser.

6. Payment
We will pay you referral fees on a monthly basis, within the first 7 working days of each month for any fees earned by you in the previous month. Payment will only be made on amounts of $100 or more. Monthly payments by Western Union.

7. Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

7.1 Changes and/or Modifications
Astromagicraven.com has the rights to modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time without notice. All changes or modifications will be posted on the Astromagicraven.com Affiliate terms and conditions page. In the event that any change is unacceptable to you as an affiliate your sole recourse will be termination of this agreement. CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES CONTAINED IN THE POSTING.

IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE (WHICH WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF) WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

8. Term and Termination
WE MAY TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT IF WE DETERMINE (IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION) THAT YOUR SITE IS UNSUITABLE. Unsuitable sites include those that: are aimed at children, display child pornography or other illegal sexual acts, promote violence, promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, promote illegal activities, violate intellectual property rights.

8.1 The term of this Agreement will begin when you create a unique link to our site and will be continuous unless and until either party notifies the other in writing that it wishes to terminate the Agreement, in which case this Agreement may be terminated immediately. TERMINATION IS AT WILL, FOR ANY REASON, BY EITHER PARTY. For purposes of notification of termination, delivery via e-mail is considered a written and immediate form of notification.

8.2 Upon termination:
You must remove all of our banners/icons from your site and disable the link from your site to ours.

All rights and licenses given to you in this Agreement shall immediately terminate.

9. Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

10. Disclaimers
We cannot guarantee that our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any consequences arising from any interruptions or errors.
